1 - Take your nail measurements with a sizing kit or manually if you don’t know them yet.2 - Send your request via e-mail or DM on Instagram or Twitter, please include as many details as possible.• E-mail address

Once it’s done, the order is officially accepted and I will start drafting your design.5 - When the draft has been approved, I will email you an invoice with the remaining total of the order + shipping fees. Painting will start after I receive the payment.→ If you are still waiting for your sizing kit, I will start painting the nails once you provide me your sizes for both hands.6 - Pictures of the nails are sent to you before the order is packed and shipped out according to your shipping preferences.

Delphinitely declines all responsibility and will not send any replacement for free if your press on nails do not fit because of wrong measurements provided, regardless of the measurement method.
No returns, exchange or refund possible as press on nails are customized to fit each customer's natural nails.
For international orders: The customer is responsible for all tax and duties that may incur upon delivery of the order.

Q: What are press on nails?A: Press on nails are artificial nails that are ready-to-wear on your natural ones.

If you want them to last up to 2 weeks, use nail glueEvery set of press on nails comes with one application kit in which you can find: 1 nail file, 1 buffer, 1 cuticle stick, alcohol wipes, nail glue and adhesive gel tabs.INSTRUCTIONS1. On clean and dry hands, gently push back your cuticles with the stick and use the buffer on your nails to remove the shine and create a matte surface.2. Clean your nail with the alcohol wipe and let the alcohol evaporate (about 15 to 20 seconds).3. Apply your adhesive:
• Adhesive gel tabs: Apply the tab on your nail, not too close to the cuticle and rub it to activate the glue before taking off the film.• Nail glue: Apply glue at the center of the nail.4. Apply your press on nail and hold it firmly in place for 20 seconds5. Repeat on all fingers.✦ .   ⁺    . ✦ .   ⁺    . ✦Q: How do I take off my press on nails?A: Follow the instructions below:1. Soak your hands in a bowl of soapy warm water for 10 minutes.2.Lift the press on nails with the cuticle stick to remove them gently.3. Soak longer (by intervals of 5 minutes) if they don’t come off and try again.4. If you used adhesive gel tabs: Remove the adhesive tabs with the help of the cuticle stick, whether they are stuck on the natural nail or under the press on nails.If you used nail glue: Use the buffer to get rid of any excess glue on your natural nails.5. Wash and moisturize your hands.
